What to write about

• An outdated or wrong spec. Exam requirements change between cycles. Tell us the exam, the number you expected, and a link to the official notification, and we'll update the preset.
• Something not working. Mention your device, browser and what you were trying to do — for example "Android, Chrome, NEET preset, background stays grey".
• A missing exam or marketplace. Tell us which one and where its photo requirements are published.
• Privacy questions. See the privacy policy, or email us.

Please don't email your photos

We never need your photo, signature or ID documents to help you — SnapFit is designed so they stay on your device. A description of the problem, or a screenshot with personal details covered, is all we need.
